Fused Tantalum Capacitors

AVX's TAW series fused tantalum capacitors offer protection from possible damaging short circuit failure modes.  This is accomplished with an internal fuse using thin film technology that is in series with the capacitor.  This fused tantalum offers lower ESR limits than competitive fused tantalum products.  Garrett is offering 4 values in the series...

Low Profile MLCC

AVX inroduced the LT series comprising a range of low profile products in X5R and Y5V dielectrics.  This series is ideal for decoupling and filtering applications where height clearance is limited.  Garrett is stocking 8 values in the LT series in sizes from 0402 to 1206.

0402:  1.0uF 4V

0603:  2.2uF 6.3V

0805:  0.1uF 3V, 1.0uF 16V, 4.7uF 10V, 10uF 6.3V

1206:  1.0uF 3V, 10uF 16V
